Members also need to be aware that upon termination the member’s account information will not be removed completely from Bazar4me.com

In case any member violates the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate their membership with immediate effect for any reason with or without notice. We reserve the right to also suspend, confine and terminate their accessing of the services irrespective of the free or fee-based membership status in whole or in part, without notice, pertaining to contravention or any threat of contravention of any terms and conditions.

The Complete Agreement

This agreement comprises the entire contract between you and us pertaining to the site and, if applicable, the service rendered for the fees, and overrides all prior contracts. Failure on our behalf for enforcement of any provisions as per this contract shall not be interpreted as a surrender of any rights.
